The Hard Rock Cafe was the perfect place to finish each night while staying at the Hard Rock Hotel in the Maldives.

From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly greeted by the two hostesses which by our second visit, already remembered our names/room number and treated us like family. From there, as soon as you are brought to your table, you are instantly greeted by your waiter. On the first night, we had Eddie, who was incredible. He offered me the bottle special they had going as well as explained when you order a bottle, you can either leave it at the cafe, and they can pour it for you, or you can bring it with you to each of the other Hard Rock restaurants locations and drink it there. I decided to take it with me to enjoy at all the other restaurants and in my room. Besides the bottle deal, each Night we returned, Eddie would warmly greet my wife and I even if we weren't one of his tables. The other waiters would do the same. By day 4, my wife and I felt like we were walking into a friend's house as everybody knew our name and came up to say hi. It truly made us feel special, and we will never forget the experience.

Now for the Band, which is the reason why came at the end of each night. The band’s name is Deviate, and we first heard them play at the Latin beach party night. We were blown away by how incredible they are. They literally can play every genre of music! I would seriously pay money to see them play on tour; they're that good. If they’re not playing at one of the dinner events, they play at the Hard Rock Cafe. Each night we watched them until closing, and each night, we had a blast listening to them. They had the whole cafe up singing and dancing; it was incredible to be a part of. If you’re staying at the resort, make sure you watch them play, and lf you have a special song, tell the band and they’ll play it for you. They played our wedding song and we danced in front of everyone, it was a moment we will never forget.
