Kebab & Kurry — Restaurant in Malé Atoll

We tried to book a table yesterday, but it wasn’t available on the app. Later, we passed by and saw many empty tables, but by then, we had already made a reservation somewhere else. To avoid the same situation, we booked early for today. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations.

The staff were kind, but it seemed like they didn’t receive enough training. Service felt a bit unorganized.

We ordered two butter chicken but only got one bowl of rice with them. The butter chicken was okay (7/10), but the portion setup was confusing.

The highlight was the chicken biryani, which we all enjoyed (9/10).

We asked for no spice, but most of the food turned out to be very spicy.

Garlic naan was fresh and tasty (9/10), while the tandoori chicken was just average (5/10).

The kids’ chicken plate had a very small portion, and our child didn’t enjoy it.

For dessert, the ice cream was one of the best parts of the meal. We tried pistachio and cardamom, and both were excellent.

In conclusion, the place has potential, but our visit was underwhelming. Good biryani and ice cream, but the service and overall experience need...

Excellent Indian cuisine at Crossroads Marina in the Maldives

Staying at the SAii Lagoon resort there are a number of restaurants in the Crossroads Mariner. We are 12 of us from Canada and we have just enjoyed the delicious meal at The Kebab & Kurry at Crossroads Marina. Very best friendly service from Chef: Vishwanath, Hostess: Sangitha and Waiter: Fareed and took great care of us and was very attentive and fun to talk with. We highly recommend here if you ever visit.

This would rival some of the best there. We are there 4 times during our 7 days stay in SAii resort, whereas everywhere else we ate just once.

We had an amazing dinner at this restaurant after long busy day during our stay in Hard rock hotel a couple weeks ago ..This restaurant was one of the tastiest restaurants in the island ✅ The food was delicious, every dish we tried was full of flavor . What made the visit even better was the excellent service we received from our waiter, Sharif. He was incredibly friendly, and gave us some great recommendations and when I ask for (okra masala) that was not in the menu he asked the chef to make it for us and all was tasty😋. We ended up trying a few of the dishes he suggested, and they were all spot on! Thank you Mr, Sharif and Kebab...
