Domino's — Restaurant in Balzan

I recently visited Domino’s Pizza in Birkirkara and had a really good experience overall. The branch is located conveniently on Naxxar Road, making it easy to reach whether you are driving or walking. The staff were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in, which already set a positive tone for my visit. Service was quite fast – my order was ready in about 10 minutes, which is perfect if you’re in a hurry or grabbing a quick lunch.

Went there today, 25th December, 2021, hoping to get a pizza. As we arrived, they had the Open sign hanging on the door, and my brother and I were going to get in, however the door was closed. A representative behind the counter told us to go to the garage. The representative came from the garage side and my brother kindly asked him whether they can take an order from us, but this representative of Domino's Birkirkara shouted at us angrily "We Open At 5pm". We were there at 4:40pm, which we would've understood and waited if the representative didn't shout at us. This attitude is unacceptable and so we left and went to another place. I promise, I will never step foot on Domino's Birkirkara again, given that the attitude towards us was so repulsive and negative....

I placed an order online. I noticed that one of the pizza came out as standard on the order although I selected jumbo. There was info on the site, saying if you forgot something, just call. I tried calling like 5 times. No answer. Came to the shop and the guy, rudely told me that he is very busy and has no time to answer the phone. This was in Birkirkara. Not to say, that everytime I ordered by delivery, they got my address wrong, although is just behind their shop. I always had to call them to explain the address 5 times. At least the pizza is good. The service, is a joke. Most of the staff don't even understand English...
