Eri’s Gourmet Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Iklin

Very impolite staff. I try to organise party for my daughter, but after three times going in the place, I stopped. First time, they refused to show me play area, second time I wait more then 30 minutes but without success. Today I went for third time. They explained me, that the person in charge can be contacted only by appointment, also they didn't have any information about the rules and options and finally they refused to give me the any mobile number which I can reached her.

But the top of all hassle was when I received information from Kristin ( responsible for the events) that is her right and is GDPR rules that no one can give her number, although the staff saw me, twice and although this caffe supposed to have some numbers for contact. Just for the clients may be if some is interested in.

Do not recommend for sure for any events, I felt that I'm not the persons who will give to...

This place has so much potential but we can't help feeling that the staff didn't want us to stay, even though we were planning on spending money, eating lunch and having coffees etc while the kids play. The tables next to the play area were half small kids tables which could easily be put away and replaced with larger tables, and then taken out for parties rather than left there taking up space for the parents who need to supervise the kids. The upstairs was stuffy and unventilated, which is a pity as downstairs was lovely. I'm hoping these are all teething problems as the place seems to have lots of potential. Might I suggest cctv of the play area so that parents with kids can stay downstairs whilst their kids play upstairs, much like in other play areas in other...

There is nothing one cannot like at Eri's ,the ambience is relaxed the food is mouthwatering delicious and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Eri's also caters for children's parties with a kids area and food ,one can choose to eat and watch their young ones play for free or else pay a small fee for the kids to just play. It also offers relaxing evenings for scrumptious platters and a choice of wines or cocktails.Their yoghurt and ice creams are to die for and they also cater for celiac individuals.
