Cafe Tivoli — Restaurant in Hamrun

Don't judge a book by its cover and this cafe by the looks of it. It is by far outdated in terms of stile and especially the downstairs, but the food that we had was great. I would say better than some Sliema front restaurants. Calamari was well cooked and good and fries on the side, nice an crisp. Salad however was a bit old and not really nice. Pork fillet and apple sous fries and salad, same thing, well done fillet, nice fries and the salad, forget it. The place was full of people and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves so, overall this was a good place for lunch. Price was about 14 euro portion.
