I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the hygiene practices observed at the KebabFactory outlet in Hamrun. I have been a frequent patron of your restaurant for some time, but recent experiences have left me concerned.

During my visit two weeks ago, I ordered a Chicken Doner Wrap and noticed that the same electric knife used for cutting lamb was also being used for chicken. This resulted in pieces of lamb meat contaminating the chicken, posing a potential health risk for customers like myself who have allergies to mammal meats such as lamb. Upon bringing this issue to the attention of your staff, they assured me that they would address it with management. They promptly replaced the contaminated chicken with fresh cuts from a separate knife, for which I was grateful.

However, my disappointment resurfaced during my visit last week when I encountered the same unsanitary practice. Despite my previous complaint, the staff informed me that they had been using the same electric cutter for both lamb and chicken for a long time, seemingly dismissing the issue entirely. Once again, they replaced the contaminated chicken upon my request, but the recurrence of this problem raises concerns about the overall hygiene standards maintained at your establishment.

As a customer who values cleanliness and food safety, I find it unacceptable that such practices persist despite being brought to your attention. It is imperative for the management to prioritize the health and well-being of all patrons by implementing strict hygiene protocols, including the use of separate equipment for different types of meat to prevent cross-contamination.

I hope that this feedback serves as a constructive reminder of the importance of maintaining high standards of hygiene in your restaurant. I urge you to take prompt action to address this issue and ensure that such lapses do not occur...

Few days ago we have ordered from here first time and have to tell was an excellent experience.I have ordered cold chicken salad with my chicken kebab and a guy called me they have run out appologising and make sure they add something else i like.also they have put plenty meat on my partners pizza.Ha loved it so much!!!!We usually not ordering take aways but that one was one of those dYs.😊and no regret!!!!highly recommend them.if i have to order i will deffo choose this place!thank you guys!keep up the good work...
