I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the dining experience I had at your restaurant yesterday. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to provide feedback regarding the quality of the food, service and cleanliness which was below the standard one expects and left us with a negative impression of your establishment.
During our visit, we ordered multiple dishes from your menu. Regrettably, the food served did not meet our expectations in terms of taste, presentation, and overall quality. One can easily tell that the food we ordered was reheated. Not to mention that something as simple as fries was also bland and undercooked. How does one screw up such a simple thing? Moreover, the portion sizes were significantly smaller than what is typically offered at restaurants of similar caliber. For your prices, portions can definitely be more generous.
To our nightmare, we both ended up experiencing stomach cramps which led to finish off the evening throwing up relentlessly - proving us right that the food was purely not fresh. The food poisoning incident has left us deeply concerned about the hygiene and safety standards practiced in your kitchen.
Just horrible.
In addition to the disappointing food, I would also like to mention that the service provided by the staff was lackluster. The wait staff seemed inattentive and disinterested, and it took an excessive amount of time for our order to be taken despite the restaurant being empty. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism further compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall dining experience.
Lastly, I must also highlight the fact that throughout the duration of our meal, we've found ourselves constantly swatting away wasps, which made it difficult for us to engage in conversation. The presence of wasps not only caused discomfort but also raised concerns about the hygiene and safety of the dining environment. Please sort this out asap. The presence of a large number of bees not only poses a risk to customers, as wasps stings can be dangerous.
I understand that the presence of wasps can be a seasonal issue, but it is imperative that appropriate measures be taken to address this problem.

The chef has an interesting philosophy: "I would never accept food serve under 40 minutes." And true to his word, we experienced this delightful policy firsthand with a bit of rudeness.
We were the only customers and placed our order at 12:40 on a Thursday. After a long wait, our food finally arrived at 13:20, just as we were about to leave.
And oh, the food! The ribs weren't fresh, and the pasta was not enough cooked.
Now, the fish pricing is a real treat. The menu says 6 euros per 100g, but a ~200g fish cost 25 euros! The waiter’s explanation about bones weight was an added bonus to the entertainment.
