So I rated it 4/5 cause the food was very good and the temperature inside was ok too . Everything waas perfect bit the orders were mixed up eith other people order . For example i ordered a cookie ice cream and the waiter gave us chocolate ice cream i had to tell him that i did not order the chocolate ice cream. Also was the same with the food i was with my mother and they had my mother's pizza and they gave her the pizza and told her what the pizza was called so that they made sure that my mother got the right pizza but it was not the sme pizza bit then the waiters realized that they told my mother that the pizza was the correct but they told my mother a name of another pizza. To pay you can use any card or pay with cash. It is suitable for kids and no kids menu either . THERE ARE TOILETS and it is not very expensive at least for me . Enjoy!! My first visit to Palm Valley restaurant and never again!! I ordered a pizza Marinara that was almost empty. Just a little bit of tuna , 5 small shrims size of a thumb nail and 4 mussels in shells the same size as the Shrimps. Its like the pizza you buy frozen from food stores. My wife ordered a special burger which consisted of burger, lettuce, bacon and sausage. The bacon was so hard to bite. Obviously overcooked. And there was no hint of the sausage. We called the waiter to ask him and he went to ask the kitchen because even her was not able to see the sausage in her burger. She came back and told us that they use coctail sausages!!! Coctail sausages in a burger??? Then we tried to look again in the burger with the help of the waiter. After looking deep in the burger we found one small coctail sausage!! Unfortunately instead of improving its going backwards. Visited yesterday, took BBQ ribs but the sauce seems it came out straight from the bottle. They used to be excellent with homemade BBQ sauce but I cannot say the same now. The fries they have changed quality. Portions are smaller as well. Salmon portion is small although better than the ribs in taste. The ice cream - a big fail that never improved although pointed out how this can improve. The ice-cream is just put in glass (for ice-cream) but no syrup, no vermicelli, nothing...you are lucky if you get complete scoops. It seems that the customer is no longer the main focus.
