Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price! Unfortunately, our visit to Mama’s Brunch and Burgers in Malta was very disappointing. The burgers were nearly inedible – the meat quality was extremely poor, dry, and heavy, egg was untasty. There was an overwhelming amount of bread compared to the actual ingredients, making the whole meal unbalanced and unpleasant. We paid €30 for two burgers and one drink, which is absolutely not justified given the quality of food served. For this price, you would expect a decent meal, but we walked away very dissatisfied and still hungry. We also noticed that Mama Sugar, located in the same building (possibly the same owners or establishment), has received similar criticism in reviews. Sadly, instead of taking feedback seriously, the owners respond to negative reviews by calling them fake, which is both unprofessional and disrespectful to genuine customer concerns. We even gave direct feedback to the staff that the burgers were very bad – dry, tasteless, and not up to standard – but unfortunately, there was no real response or effort to make things right. Would not recommend this place. There are far better dining options in Malta for the same price or even less. This was a waste of money...

From the moment we walked in, we felt truly welcomed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. The food was nothing short of amazing—every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they do.

What made our visit even more memorable was the exceptional service. A very special thank you goes to Lopez, who stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He greeted us with a genuine smile, made us feel comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It's rare to find someone who truly enjoys what they do, and Lopez made our experience feel personal and special.

I can honestly say this is a place I’ll be coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service....
