I have just telephoned for the directions so that I could use their restaurant, and the lady to whom I was speaking too, was so arrogant and rude because I was repeating the directions back to her "she said I quote "are you telling me, or am I telling you", I Josie proceeded to tell her that I was repeating everything because I was writing this down" she then said "wait until I finish" I just said no problem I will not use the restaurant...What she does not know that this was for 20 persons, she has not only lost the money but she has also lost the chance of new customers, and tarnished the restaurant before I have ever used it or saw it! I am not sure whether she is the owner or not. called 2...

We have just been for the first time to this restaurant . It's a pity that we started on the wrong note. The underground parking is so vast and full of signage for everything but for the lifts! It took us a good 20 minutes to reach the restaurant since apparently we took the wrong lift. We found out there are 4 lifts. Actually there is one that takes you straight to the restaurant. But from then on it was a nearly perfect lunch. Decor is very nice and fresh, service nearly perfect too, food excellent. These positive notes were enough to make us forget the ordeal we went through before and yes we will return for our next lunch at...

Really was strange experience!(( I looked through site & there was eel in menu!!! We found restaurant in a place for pple who live there as retirement, quite welthy looking buildings, with large territory, nice garden but there were no stuff in restaraunt, not in cafe We had to go back to reception, found stuff &she at least found someone waiter & she told us that there is no eel from January!😪😪 They cant change menu??
