I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had at this place yesterday. The level of rudeness, disrespect, and hostility exhibited by the female staff was absolutely appalling, and it reflects a complete lack of tolerance and professionalism for an establishment like this.

From the moment my family and I walked in, we were met with an extremely agressive attitude from the rude female staff. Altough me and my framily approached her with a friendly and polite manner, her facial expressions and remarks were entirely unacceptable. I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding the Blue Cave Bar and Restaurant Wied Iz-Zurrieq Qrendi during my recent visit, I had a regrettable encounter with one of the female staff members. Her aggressive and disrespectful behavior left a lasting negative impression, and I am certain that my family and I will not be returning to this establishment ever again. It was boiling hot yesterday and we planned on having some drinks at this cafe, even though my father was already inside having something to drink, when we tried to join him they kicked us out with a really agressive manner.

Furthermore, I observed that this particular staff member treated tourists quite rudely and discriminatorily. As a tourist myself, I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background or origin. One of the worst restaurant I have ever visited in my life (30yo)...if I could I would give 0/5 stars. We waited more than 1,5hour for simple meal. When we asked waitress why, she told me they were busy (5 tables were taken- not even half of restaurant)...I ordered simple pasta with salmon and cream sauce, they gave me pasta with salmon sauce without pieces of salmon, so basically only pasta with sauce. After we told the waiter we didnt like the food they called the manager so he came and more than rudely told us that we ate the food so we had to pay for everything we ordered...he was shaking cause of anger. After we paid we told him we gonna leave a negative review and he became even more angry a rude so we better left the place. In the end, we spent there 2 hours, left hungry and angry. Never ever again in this restaurant. And I didnt mention the waiters didnt even know...

Really good food, nice portion sizes, service was quite decent and the view is lovely... We had to request clarification why our food was taking very long and people who came after us were served before us (I expected to be communicated about the situation rather then having to request such info). However, the waiter explained the reasons and voluntarily gave us some nibbles to resolve the issue (eventually well tackled). The most thing which I did not like during our meal was that it was a bit noisy both from the other patrons as well as the choice of music. Maybe it is just a personal preference or a matter of expectation when seeking a relaxing meal... Overall looking forward...
