If the weather is windy then boats don't work. So in case of bad weather there is only one way to see the cave: this viewpoint. View point is great. View is amazing! Blue water, blue sky and rocks everywhere. You don't have to stay at the viewpoint. There is a way to see cave from the other side. You need to find a path or jump through the small wall and you can watch from other perspectives.
