I recently had the pleasure of dining at Masala Grill and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic flavors and prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each dish was a delightful culinary journey that left me wanting more.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was also top-notch. The staff at Masala Grill were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating to dietary restrictions, and provided excellent recommendations.
The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The attention to detail in the decor and atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Masala Grill to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Read moreMy family and I thought we'd give this place a try on a Sunday. Weekends no set meals only ala carte. Had the chicken briyani, palek paneer, mutton keema, gobi masala, cashew puloa, garlic naan plus 2 different chicken tikkas (which were moist and well marinated).
The food was delicious, not too hot nor overly spiced but nicely and well balance spiciness, without overuse of cadamon.
Special mentions of their superb garlic naan, done the original way without yeast (that makes it rise and becomes fluffy), tasty chicken briyani and gobi masala. Definitely worth having.
The mutton keema was nice and enjoyable, but I feel it was maybe a little too much spice. However In think it is like a family recipe, and each family will have a slight variation of mutton keema.
Will definitely be returning for authentic north Indian & Punjab cuisine. (Side note: food here is so much better than The Lion of Punjab in Tmn Desa). A little gem in SS14. Keep up...
Read moreHad lunch today at Masala Grill, SS14. Finding parking is like striking lottery! Love the food here. So tasty. We had Butter Chicken, Aloo Gobi, Palak Paneer, Butter Naan, Chapati, Puri, Chicken Briyani, chicken lollipop, Mango and Strawberry 🍓 Lassi.
One of the partners of the restaurant, Mr Gurwinder, was kind enough to treat us to Gulab Jamun on the house. ( On a side note: I'm not paid to write this though). It was a delightful treat as my dad who rarely eats sweets actually ate it happily.
I love that the food is not too overpowered by masala or spices that gives you GERD at the end of the day. The portions are generous especially the amount of chicken in Briyani and butter chicken.
Rest assured you would be getting authentic north and south Indian food.
The price is reasonable to me.
Will I come back? Yes..even though thinking about the parking gives me a headache.
