Olivehouse — Hotel in Subang Jaya

Not me, but my friends who have rented here consistently mention that the water pump is always broken, and repairs only make it work for a few hours/days, then back to the same issue again. Currently it has been broken since March. Same with electricity, and WiFi always goes down at random times for hours. My friend also lost nearly half her deposit because the room lightbulb fuse blew while she was staying there(something she had no control over), as well as for 'cleaning fees' when she had already cleaned the room before leaving. Sunway/INTI students who are thinking of renting here, PLEASE...

very small room fan not working, had to buy my own fan no windows aircon have to reload(pay urself) bad management poor hygiene not properly maintained

very expensive,not worth the price for this kind of room. you can find better room with the same amount. can go crazy(real) if you stay...

Please DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. The management is extremely unreliable. The rooms have high electricity bills. Cleaning services are not up to par. Utilities are extremely dirty. Others are broken. I am currently renting here and honestly it was the worst decision I made. Here are some photos...
