BEWARE OF ROTTEN FOOD BEING SERVED!
Have been eating here for few years and never had any issue with them but recent two visits had been horrible.
Tried to inform the waiter or the person in charge and they disregard the issue and completely ignored it. First one was the hygiene issue. There’s cockroaches on the wall and over the counter where drinks were made and the staffs were totally fine with it. Even one run across the counter bill when we were paying.
We thought hygiene is not that bad and tried to give it another chance. Unfortunately we’re left completely shocked and disappointed. Second incident after a month later visit was the green curry fried chicken. I strongly believe the chicken was left out for too long and due to the hot weather, it has gone bad. So they staff disregarded this basic food safety and serve the rotten chicken anyway. When we told the staff the chicken has funny smell although it has been fried, she was unapologetic at all and brush it off. The chef can’t be that ignorant to not be able to tell from the smell and look.
When we insist for it to be replaced, the waiter just took it in and waited a ten minutes before serving us the same plate of chicken again! WTH! Ridiculous.
For this, I am telling myself and friends not to come here ever again. The cashier still proceed to charge us and did not have basic English understanding what the problem is. To save the hassle, we decided to just pay it off and not come...
Read more😋😋😋 Truly one of a kind Thai restaurant around here 😋😋😋 It's located at quite a less hectic place of SS14 compared to their busy neighbour SS15 where it's almost impossible to find a parking. Every time I go here, there's always parking available along the stretch.
What I love about their food 😋😋😋 is their moo ping (barbequed pork skewers), garlic pork rice, fried chicken and their Thai milk tea. The mooping is savory and comes in 3. This is pretty much basic as everywhere would serve sets of 3. There's a choice of rice with it but I prefer it as a side dish. It's sweet and savory with a nice combination of pork meat and fat. The rewarding taste is truly what drives me to keep coming back for more. 😋😋😋
Their garlic pork rice is possibly one of the best priced item on the menu. The portion is decent 😋😋😋. And it is full of garlic flavor. I love garlic and this is truly what makes my day. The fried chicken is another dish that I like from here. 😋😋😋 I do eat fried chicken from time to time but not every restaurant serve nice ones. This is what I would recommend other than those from IKEA lol. 😋😋😋
The highlight is possibly the milk tea. Your meal won't be complete without it. So, be...
Read moreThis is the Subang Jaya branch of this wildly popular Thai food chain of restaurants around the Klang Valley area. It's smaller than most of their other branches, but their food is just as good as the other places as well.
Look out for the special set menus available during lunch time - it's good value for money on an otherwise already super economical menu.
Parking is a hit and miss here - of course, during peak hours it'll be difficult to find a place, but during dinner, it's pretty easy to get a spot. Weekends are also quite easy to find parking spaces.
Food quality, overall, is good - very tasty and right amount of spice. I find their Moo Ping (barbecued skewered pork) to be one of the best around and am never disappointed even when dining in their other branches as well.
The perennial Thai favourites are all here - your Panang curry, green curry, kra pow, tom yum etc - all are just as good.
Seating can be a little limited due to the space constraints, you might actually have to sit around near the back of the restaurant (and I do mean near the back!)
So, if you're looking for a quick and easy, cheap and cheerful dining experience,...
