The Sports Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Isle Mauritius

Yesterday I placed my order for delivery and I was really disappointed. I ordered a vegetarian fried noodles for Rs240 and a chicken and egg fried rice for Rs295.

I received the fried noodles with chicken and egg, even though I'm vegetarian. I had to wait for a new one to be delivered.

I was really disappointed when I saw the dish because the description of the ingredients was actually a scam, as nothing listed was the same in the dish. (I'll post photos below.)

Finally, in terms of taste, the dishes were mediocre and had no flavor except of soy sauce, and they were very salty. We couldn't finish our meals, and unfortunately they ended up in the trash.Its not value for money.

This was my first experience at The Sports Bar, and I assure you it will be my last.Personally I don't recommend you this restaurant. You be the judge, based on the photos.

What a great little spot! Our family of 6 turned up this afternoon to watch the State of Origin without notice, and the staff were awesome! Nothing was too much trouble for them, they found the game and put on multiple screens for us, cranked the volume and didnt mind our (slightly unruly) toddler one bit. They genuinely couldnt do enough for us. The venue is quirky with lots or chalk drawings and messages all over the walls from previous patrons. This was really cool and a great talking point. They happily gave the kids some chalk to add their mark 😀 The beers were cold and replenished without us needing to always ask, food was fresh, tasty and came out fast once ordered. They even gave us a little take home pot of their chilli sauce when we commented how good it was!
