The ambience was inviting, and the staff provided good service, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-catered for throughout my meal. Although it was my first time trying hotpot, the staff were helpful in guiding me through the process, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The variety of fresh ingredients and the rich, flavourful broth created a satisfying and unique culinary adventure. The quality and taste were impressive, making it a great introduction to hotpot.

There was so much hype around this place. But it is simply disappointing. Went there with some colleagues today. I told two waiters that it is our first time at this restaurant and if they can please help us with our orders but they kept saying they will come in a moment. Finally, no one helps. We try to manage by looking at what other people were doing. One waiter just comes at us saying we are doing it the wrong way. When I told him we were waiting for instructions for the last 20 minutes as this is our first time, he said be mamzel ou bisin servi ou lesprit and went away. So, really, the very worst service ever.

To the owner, please understand that it is a new concept to most mauritians. If your staff is not trained to help people, ensure that you provide at least the written instructions and you label...
