Unprofessional. They probably dont accept guests from outside the property, but they should inform potential guests when they call for info. We called numerous times, when they connect us to the restaurant they dont answer. We went there and they didnt allow us in at the gate. Great service from the restaurant manager and his staff. Loved the Asian food, though I suspect some of it isn't authentic. Chopsticks has a cool atmosphere.
