We had a wonderful experience thanks to Vishal from the Long Beach team. He was super accommodating, attentive to our requests, and always approachable. His warm and welcoming nature made us feel truly comfortable throughout our stay. Vishal is truly a gem at Long Beach, with a vast amount of hospitality experience that shines through in everything he does. Quite surprised to see so many good reviews here...maybe we were just unlucky! We ventured to Sapori for a lunch and experienced incredibly slow service, confused servers, food that had to be returned and witnessed ice cream melting on the serving desk for about 10 minutes before it got taken to the table whom ordered it, when the restaurant was far from busy. Also never ever experienced an Italian restaurant where you get served chopped up olives suitable only for pizzas when asked for a portion. Bread sticks were a...

Had a delicious meal with my wife while we stayed at the Long Beach hotel.

The service was top notch for all our needs, explaining the wine, recommendations and conversation between serving. Seating us outside on the terrace as a request to view the evenings entertainment as we ate.

A special mention to Nilesh who served us. He’s a great asset to the team. Polite, friendly, efficient, what more could you want.
