This was the worst experience I've ever had in fast food service. It was my first time using the website to order ahead. I went thru the process it was pretty straightforward, no problem but be prepared to put your name and bank info in to the app. I drive to the location and i gave the person my order number at the drive thru. It was after 10 but before 11. The attendant said she didn't have my order in her computer but offered no help. I advised her of my first time using the app to order and she said she didn't know what to tell me. I advised her my order has been paid for already and asked her what i should do. Still i got "I don't know what to tell you" then said to pull forward because there were people behind me. I was not happy. I was in the app the whole time and it said the store had my order. I get to the first window. No one there so pulled up to the next window to hear Mexican music blasting in the background. I told her my order was there, she found it but then told me their frappe machine was closed for the night and being cleaned even though they weren't closing for another 30 minutes. I was very disappointed because it wasn't the first time this machine was being cleaned more than 30 minutes before a store closing. If an item is being offered in the menu it should be available during open store hours period. This is what this customer expects and that works both ways because we all know you can't order a burger during breakfast hours and I've never experienced an exception to that rule so please honor the menu as advertised or put up a sign to advise. Read moreThe service here was horrible. We were ignored and the small order took way longer than it should have (time ordered: 8:16pm time received: 8:35pm on 10/26/2019). Even the employee that took the ordered was shocked that we were still waiting. When I spoke to the manager and another employee about the condition of the restroom they asked another employee that had just used the restroom if there was an issue... he said "no." I spoke a 2nd time to the manager, this time ignoring me as another employee told her that I needed to speak to her, and she said that they're short staffed and cant deal with it now. I then showed her the pictures and told her that the other employee was in the restroom didn't see the issue and that's why he said "no." I will NEVER return to this McDonald's and encourage others no to as well. It's a shame that it's called McDonald's and hold that well known name. The young female attendant made me wait while she gave free samples if ice cream to other people, then after placing my order according to the details on my coupon....cancelled the whole order because the manager said they couldn't honor my coupon. (It had expired the day before). So they cancelled the whole order....I proceeded to try & think of something else my husband & I might like to get, then the attendant said "Why don't you let these people behind you order first & just wait on the side till they are done". And then when I wanted to place my order I SHE MADE ME WAIT TILL 5 OTHER PEOPLE HAD ORDERED. Needless to say, by that time I was upset & had lost my appetite & my husband was tired of waiting.
