El Rey — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

So atmosphere wise there isn't a wow factor but we didn't go for that. However, it's very open, airy and clean which is nice.

So this place has an above 4 star rating so we wanted to try it out. My daughter ordered a burger and strawberry shake and I ordered burger with fries. The shake was enjoyed is all I can say about that and we both agreed that the burgers had great taste and buns had a perfect crunch. If we stopped there the place would have got a 5 star but unfortunately, the fries were a huge failure. They were between warm/cold and had that old taste to them. ☹️

They do have customer bathrooms but I'm not sure if accessible by wheelchair since I didn't go in.

This place is inexpensive and good for the family. The food is simple and the kids LOVED it. The tostadas and tacos were the most popular with our family. I want to try their tortas though too.

This place is very popular too. There is lots of seating if you’re looking for a place to sit down and the seating is open air, but under cover so it’s nice and airy. Every time we drive by here there are lots of people sitting down and eating. The price is definitely right...

During my visit here, I decided to stop by and give this place a try! I'm not disappointed. It was actually pretty good. It wasn't omg to die for I have to come back, but my son loved it, and it tastes like a traditional homemade Mexican meal. We tried the burgers, sopes, tostadas, quesadillas, and tortas. I would definitely come back during my next visit because my son did enjoy this...
