My friend and I were so impressed with how clean the store is and the friendliness of the ladies serving us. Anna spoke English as well. El miércoles 13 de agosto llegamos a las 9:45 pm para pedir desde el carro, todavía estaban las luces prendidas afuera y adentro, tardaron en atendernos en el altavoz hasta que alguien (voz de mujer joven) habló y dijo que ya estaba cerrado, no quiso tomarnos la orden porque según ya estaban limpiando para cerrar cuando aún faltaban 15 minutos para las 10:00 pm(suponiendo que cerraban a las 10:00 pm como la mayoria de los negocios), le dije que entonces porqué tenían las luces encendidas y dijo que eso lo apagaban al final y que si no me había fijado en los horarios de google (no he necesitado google para ir a ningún lado excepto por esta queja), finalmente no nos atendieron. Parece ser que a las nuevas generaciones no les interesa dar un buen servicio o unos minutos más y atender un pedido de dos conos sencillos y dejar a un cliente satisfecho. Con la calidad del producto no tengo problemas, tanto así que fuimos a la sucursal de la calle Arreola y allí sí pudimos comprar. Ojalá cambien la actitud del personal para que no...
