Quick Summary The main restaurant in the pool area of the Hyatt Vacation Club Sirena Del Mar. The food was surprisingly very good and the service was outstanding. Very comfortable seating whether it's inside or outside. A great spot for a meal when you don't want to leave the resort

Read moreWe are a group of 4-6 ladies. We play Canasta and have lunch, usually 3-4 hours. I contacted EDGAR, the manager in July to ask if he could accommodate our group for that amount of time. He said that they would be happy to have us and that it was not a problem. Our first lunch was July 18. Delicious, excellent service, lovely atmosphere! We continued for 5 weeks. Two weeks ago a new Chef. Food going downhill, portions reduced, undercooked meat. We skipped a week. Went back this week. We were NOT welcomed. EDGAR , the “manager” said he did NOT remember our conversation about playing for 3-4 hours including lunch. He denied the TRUTH to my face! AMAZING! Oh well, they don’t want our business so WE WON’T BE BACK!

Read moreWe waited 50 minutes for my food. I ordered the enchiladas that comes with rice and beans and my partner ordered the picaña steak. They were out of that steak and did not tell us for 30 minutes and when the strip steak came out it was super overcooked cooked and difficult to eat. They forgot my sides for the enchilada. They also gave me maybe 1 tbsp of the beans after I asked where they were. And then gave me plain white bread instead of the rice.
