Napoli Pizza e Pasta — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

This restaurant is underrated. I’ve been to Italy, and the pizza here is better than what I had there. I think they need to watch the fire in the oven to be sure they avoid blackening the crust. That aside, the dough is delicious, sauce is not over powering, and overall very balanced flavor and texture. We ordered a variety of food and I was also impressed by the chicken. The presentation was excellent (charcoal grilled essences) and it was deliciously brined and moist to the bite. We were able to request a table by the gas fire place and it was warm and created a romantic atmosphere. Nice place, beautiful view with fireplaces at some tables. Very lively. Pizza was excellent, alfredo pasta was a little bland.
