Pacific Restaurant — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

This is one of the few restaurants that are open at Nobu Hotel earlier in the day and it is pretty good. It is right next to the beach so right after you’re done eating, you can stroll around in the beach.

Food wise, I highly suggest the Green Aguachile Shrimp because of the sauce alone. It is so good that you can even just drink the sauce. We ordered the Black Baja Taco that comes with Soft Shell Crab. That was pretty good too, but the sauce from the Aguachile made it really good.

The setting of everything is really what makes this place amazing, assuming it’s not too windy. You have the option of sitting in the shade or under the sun, so choose whichever you like best and enjoy...

We have eaten at this restaurant many times in the past while staying on property. We have met the Chef and he is very accommodating and our waiter was great. However, the staff at the front of the restaurant argued with us that we had to wait for our table (even though the restaurant was empty) until closer to our reservation time. It made no sense at all. The bread was stale and my meal this evening was not very good. Overall it was a disappointing evening and not some place we will be revisiting...

THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN THE WORLD!! lol. We loved it. Perhaps the entry is a little exaggerated but not by much. The kids loved it. We loved it. We ate there almost everyday during our stay. We could not get enough. We are vegetarians and these guys were happy to serve us whatever varian we needed whether it was on or off menu. Tacos, fresh guacamole, quesadillas, enchiladas, yummy nachos and the popsicles. But the best were the churros. Never had such crunchy and soft churros on my life....
