The Market — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Beyond amazing!! All types of cuisines are present in this buffet style restaurant. Mexican, American, Italian, Indian, Asian, you name it! The service (like everywhere else in this resort) is very high class. Cheerful people, very attentive to your requests, very respectful and professional. The only thing to be aware of is this restaurant is only open till midday (around 3:00 PM or so) then it closes for the rest of the day. Would have been nice if it serves all the day’s meals as it’s very nicely decorated and the views inside do overlook the swimming pool across then the ocean at the extend of the vision. So it’s really romantic...

These are the people who make the difference. Juan Ocho the manager at restaurant is always running around on his toes making sure his guests are served well. We were in awe as he went out of the way to get gluten free options for us and also created special tasting menu. The chef Moises and his Sous chef Luis Villamil were always around to make it extra special. The service at this restaurant stands out and is the biggest draw for the hotel....

The keep you waiting, even if the restaurant has a lot of empty tables. Food is terrible. Check the pictures. Breakfast is so so, but dinner is absolutely terrible. One day they put sushi and sashimi on the main table, on the glass table without ice. So I guess fish became rotten in...
