Went to Restaurant 33 several weeks ago in a group of seven guests. Our young waiter worked hard but he could benefit from some training. Service was extremely slow. It took over half an hour just to get cocktails served and then an hour for appetizers to be served. Well over an hour after that for main courses to be served and unfortunately, while the main courses were (for the most part) tasty, they were completely cold (not even luke warm). Our waiter seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant was not busy. Additionally, there was very little wine on hand and staff knew nothing about the wine nor its pricing. Afterwards, I reached out to management to bring my concerns to their attention. My message was replied to promptly by one of the co-owners who offered us an incentive to return but then basically ghosted us and did not answer any messages regarding a reservation to take him up on his offer. There are many much better options in the Paz with better food and better service. I'll be surprised if this restaurant survives beyond...
