The Espiritu Santos Boutique hotel is a little jewel fronting Calle Revolution 1910 just a few short blocks up from the Malecon. It is close to all kinds of night life, dining and entertainment. I walked through there open air lobby and was immediately greeted by the attractive young lady behind the coffee, pastry counter. There was a delicious smell coming from the open air kitchen, just to the left of me an open to the street. I was shown my room, which was exceptionally clean, modestly but nicely furnished, with a huge shower! The place was recently remodeled, and everything looks new and modern. ||When I inquired of a good massage spa in the neighborhood (La Paz is a 800 mile drive from home), Ignacio the manager hooked it up, explaining that a massage therapist could come to my room, the time and price. I asked about being able to pay with a credit card, I was low on cash, Ignacio was kind enough to let me transfer money to his personal pay pall account. He is fluent in English and much of the staff speaks some English as well. While waiting for my massage I had a beer and a pizza on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Again, great service and good eats, reasonably priced as well. The room includes a sit down breakfast from the restaurant which I also enjoyed from the terrace the next morning. There is an indoor ‘sports’ bar with some TVs as well. ||Only downside and not really a big deal for most people is that it is up one flight of stairs and the parking is on street but safe. ||I will be staying here again on future visits...

Read moreThis place was fantastic from the moment I got there until I left! From José the manager who noticed I had a bad knee after I had already paid for a 2nd-floor room and upgraded me for free into a lovely first-floor room with no stairs, to Juan, a charming staff member who made himself available for my absolute every need, to the Chef who made the best pasta Alfredo I’ve ever eaten, to the lovely barista who brought my morning espresso to my beautiful room, my stay could not have been any more wonderful!||||The reason for my stay was due to car trouble, having just driven in with my dog from Todos Santos, about 50 miles away to go shopping. It was Saturday night and I had no idea who to call for help or what I was going to do. José took care of everything for me, arranged for a wonderful mechanic to pick up my Jeep in the morning at the hotel, who then took it to his shop and delivered it back to me two hours later in perfect working order, with a very reasonable bill! I felt so cared for from the minute I arrived!||||||Besides the fun and caring staff, the facility itself shines of simple, tasteful elegance. When I took my dog out for a walk I also discovered that the hotel is located just a couple blocks from the festive promenade on the water, where restaurants and shops were everywhere! ||||||If you want a first-hand experience of the Magic and generosity of Baja, then this is your...
