Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Baja California

I had high hopes for Carl’s Jr., but my experience was disappointing. The service was painfully slow. I waited nearly 20 minutes just to place my order, and the employees seemed disorganized and uninterested. The fryer didn't work, so we couldn’t order fries, chicken tenders or anything else fried. When I finally got my food, it was barely cold. The restaurant itself wasn’t very clean, and several tables hadn’t been wiped down.

By the time you finish your meal here, you will have wasted more time than expected. If I ever come back, they will have hopefully improved their service. Meanwhile, other customers will be waiting in line, growing more frustrated by the minute. The kitchen staff will be struggling to keep up with the orders, but it won’t make much of a difference.

This might have been just a bad day for them, but based on other reviews, it seems like a pattern. They could have hired more staff to avoid these delays, but they clearly haven’t. The food was terrible and the poor service and long wait times ruined the experience.

If they don’t make changes, this location will probably continue losing customers. It might be a better idea to visit a different fast-food chain if you’re in a hurry. I wouldn’t recommend this Carl’s Jr. unless you have plenty of time and a lot...

To talk about the details of the hamburger, my team and me we went to Carl's Jr in 19 February of this year, when we went to that place before I enter i thought “ The hamburger must be delicious “, the time we waiting for the order was very fast and my team and me take advantage of the time so by the time they bring the food, we will have planed what to do in the video. When they bring the food, we start to judge the food. I bought the Famous Star hamburger combo that has french fries, when I tested the combo it was delicious and crunchy like the expression “Master piece” , it has the perfect portion of french fries and the perfect size of the hamburger, the combo cost 200 mexican pesos.

My experience at Carl's Jr was extremely pleasant, the service was exceptional ( the employees were very nice and helpful ), the food delicious and the environment overall very welcoming. I ordered some chicken nuggets while there, fries and juice. And above my expectations the food was still warm when i received it, the fries crispy yet soft on the inside. And when speaking of the place on its own, it was very clean and the vibe there was family friendly ( they even had a small playground for children ). I really enjoyed this experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. I can ensure a pleasant experience, I will be coming here more often and perhaps i could order some fries as well.
