08/11/18 This place was very crowded but just because a place is crowded does not mean it's worth it! The napkin holders only had one to two napkins on every single table. The Waitresses we're not only in the bad mood but none of them smile at any point. And it would take forever just trying to get the attention of a waitress to attend to your table! It seemed like they were hiding.

After some time of waiting for our order to be taken, all they asked was "what would you like?" They never handed us any menus! Apparently the menu is a little flyer that they leave on the table! But not every single table has his little menu flyer!

the food was dry and tasteless! No matter what was ordered off the menu, everything seem dry and tasteless! The lemon said they give you as a garnish or very dry and old! The lemons were hard and had no juice! And when I asked for new lemons they came exactly the same way! The quesadilla wasn't fully cooked! (See photos) But when ordering the quesadilla the waitress asked "would you like that with cheese?" How else would you make a quesadilla if not with cheese!?

The other part that's disappointing is the check at the end. They don't tell you how much everything costs until the end. Even if you ask don't let me go find out and they never come back to tell you. I do not recommend this...

The gorditas are excellent. This place is usually very full. If you want a better selection of guisados (food) you need to get there early because they run out quickly. The tortilla part is very soft and delicious. The different guisados are very good. This place is safe for those who can't have very spicy food, most of the foods are very delicious and filling, just about anything you order will be great. The food prepared here is not spicy at all. The only thing that "might" be spicy is stuffed chili pepper, it's not always too spicy. I highly recommend this place, it's a...

Literally way too expensive. I understand prices everywhere have gone up but $40 for a gordita is ridiculously high. I guess what did it for me was how awful the gordita tasted, like old chicken. I even wondered if they didn't use leftover turkey from some Thanksgiving meal. At one time they had very good tasting gorditas. That no longer seems to be the case. I asked a waitress a question. She looked at me, then ignored me completely. That's...

The gorditas are always phenomenal. I got pollo con crema and pollo con chipotle. Those are my favorites. My husband got pollo con crema and chicharone. He often gets the chicharone and loves it. The waitresses weren't coming up to us to give any attention so we got our order to go. That was nice because La Tia moved to a food park with many other vendors. So we got a double IPA from the bar in the plaza. It was a really nice lunch
