Perfect if you have time to kill, definitely not a quick bite to eat, even if you order to go. You will be waiting.

I have been coming to this place for over 2 years now, never saw the need to review the palace since the reviews reflected the food quality and service. As of the past 6 months the staff sucks, they forget to place the complete order or they give you the wrong order. They seem more busy socializing than trying to get their job done. Ask for everything you need in one go because it will be a while untill you can flag one of the servers down specially if you sit upstairs. When it comes to "to go" they are the worse. They will give your order to the wrong person, have them come back and just try to hand you the food the customer just came back with. They will either not have the ingredients for what you order or will tell you once you are there to pick up. The quality of the food/ingredients has also change for the worse, but at least their presentation is still nice. The drinks used to be really good very consistent, now they are only good when one of the guys is behind the coffee bar. With that said, the staff used to be almost all male, now it's all mostly female and the service has declined with the change of staff. This place is on a rapid decline. Perhaps it's time to focus on just 1 location since having 2 is...

Overall, they have incredible coffee & a kind staff. The food was not presented well & with only several tables inside, somehow they managed to completely forget our order.

For us, it was ok because we were there to get some WiFi & do some work. When the server realized we had not received anything he quickly Ran to the kitchen & whipped up the food quickly. Presentation was not great at all. It was mushy but did taste good (thankfully).

I loved how they had the sanitizing walking station when you had to come in the store. It was incredible. Not necessary but pretty awesome nonetheless.

Coffee was exceptional that I had another one. They did ask us if we wanted another round of coffee or specialty beverage to make up for the order mixup.

Again, our server was great & overall experience would definitely bring us back. In the meantime, off to the next coffee shop. Gotta find me some delicious beans...

Came here for the first time 3 weeks ago. They didn’t have vanilla for our coffee, or cinnamon rolls, so we left. 3 days later we went again and still nothing. Today we came and luckily they had 2 cinnamon rolls left. Ordered the green and red chilaquiles with Vanilla iced lattes. My husband and I were excited to try everything but unfortunately we’re disappointed. Chilaquiles, eggs, potatoes were cold!! The cinnamon rolls are hard and cold “they warmed them up” Lattes tasted watered down. I don’t mind the extra charge but they should mention it’ll be extra for Vanilla and lactose milk (which I didn’t ask for!) or asked us what type of milk we wanted. Never going back. Oh and starting next week if you don’t have your Covid vaccine proof, you can’t get in. There’s another location and the coffees...
