Karla (cashier ) at the front counter took the time to explain the difference between all the tortas and ingredients. 5 STARS Adrian (waiter) deserves 7 stars. Respectful, attentive, and smiling all the time. Prompt to your table to get you anything you need. Had the chance to talk to the shift supervisor and gave her my input and opinions. Suggested to give Adrian a raise.

Food tasted great !!! My only complaint was the protein portions. it looks like the cook cut the carne asada into small pieces and arranged barely filling the bread. 3 stars for him. First visit on a weekday for lunch. It was busy, but there was no line. I ordered at the counter, paid, and my food was brought to my table quickly. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. The bread is freshly made, and the aguas frescas are refreshing (two flavors: jamaica and horchata). The menu has several torta options, and the combo includes fries and a regular-size agua fresca or soda. Restrooms are available for customers, and the dining area is clean with friendly staff. Solicite servicio para llevar el día sábado 19 Agosto a las 3 PM. cosa que es la primera y ultima vez que lo hago. El gerente en turno me pregunto a donde seria el envió y le conteste que frente de la gasolinera que se encuentra en la siguiente plaza, dijo que me iba a quedar mal por el momento, pues no tenia servicio a este lugar. Pregunte porque? Y me contesto que tenían mucho trabajo y no iba a quitar una persona para sacarla". Ahora mis pregunta ¿para que pregunta a donde es el servicio si de antemano sabe que no va a " quitar una persona para sacarla? ¿Porque ponen servicio a domicilio si en realidad no lo tienen? Y si en realidad tienen servicio a domicilio dejen dicho en que horario podemos hablar para pedir una torta de tan famoso lugar. Siempre cuando vas a comer ahí te dan una hojita casi obligada para sugerencias. No tengo ninguna sugerencia. Solo buscare otro lugar pues parece ser que la Torta Plaza se volvió muy bueno que desprecia el servicio a domicilio. ¿De quien sera la responsabilidad de la ineficiencia? Del empleado gerente en turno asociado o de la administración? Bueno realmente ya no me importa sigo con hambre y lo mas probable es que vaya a las Tortas El Aeropuerto quienes me quedan muy lejos pero nunca me han prometido que tienen servicio...
