"The Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT) is an absolute gem in the heart of Baja California! As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a stunning architecture and a vibrant atmosphere that's perfect for exploring and learning about the region's rich culture.
The exhibits are thoughtfully curated and diverse, showcasing everything from contemporary art to traditional crafts and history. My favorite was the interactive exhibit on the history of Tijuana, which offered a unique and engaging perspective on the city's fascinating past.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. The outdoor courtyard was a lovely spot to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the city.
I was particularly impressed by the center's commitment to promoting local artists and preserving the region's cultural heritage. The events and workshops offered were a great way to engage with the community and learn more about the area's vibrant arts scene.
Overall, the Tijuana Cultural Center is an essential experience for anyone interested in art, history, and culture. It's a shining example of the city's dedication to preserving and celebrating its rich cultural heritage. Highly...
Read moreUpon arrival it is some what confusing where to buy tickets to enter the theater. Ounce i spoke with a representative i was able to locate the entrance and begin my wonderful experience. I walked inside and took a seat, the ceiling of the theather engulfed me completely. I was looking at the underside of a blue whale as is swam across the screen from one side of the screen to the other. The movie was projected on the rounded ceiling of the dome shaped movie theater. It was a wonderful experience, it felt as if i was staring directly at some amazing wildlife creatures. Just some things to note would be that the movies are in spanish the times i have gone they only had on selection to choose from. They are all nature movies that would be great for children. There is a cafe where you buy the tickets and make sure to get a seat high up since looking straight up might hurt your eye sight somewhat. There is also a few art exhibits but i was not able explore since they all have a entrance fee i mostly wanted to check out the...
