I got here to have breakfast. I ordered chilaquiles with green sauce & habanero pepper. The waiter didn't seem very helpful, he took my order and brought it to my table 15 minutes later, which wasn't so bad but when I tried the dish I noticed it was kind of cold, not warm as I expected. I was in a hurry so I started eating. The dish was served with black refried beans, so I tried them and they were bad, they had been spoiled. The waiter never came to check or follow up to make sure everything was right. So, when he finally showed up I told him about the beans. He did not apologize and looked at me like if I was liying and asked me " the beans are bad? Let me check" he never came back to say something and when he brought the bill, he just put on the table and left. No apology, no feed back, if he reported it to the kitchen or his supervisor, no one ever came to at least say "we are sorry"....very disappointing!!! At this mall there are so many options that are good and less expensive but I decided to try Toks and was not a good experience! Neither the service or the food were good!!! Read moreService was good but the food is just not good. Party of 7 on Christmas Day, went there for a nice meal but we were bitterly disappointed with the food. Ordered parrillada mixta X2, chilaquiles con arrachera X2, kids chilaquiles with pulpitos and some other bad stuff.
The meat on all the plates was scarce, overcooked and dry. The kids chilaquiles were really salty with a tomato sauce overly seasoned with chicken bouillon. The worst were the green salsa chilaquiles, the sauce was extremely sour, like vinegary sour.
