Pollos Panchos — Restaurant in Baja California

There are a few good places that sell chicken, some places grill and they are good but this is done on a rotisserie, the chicken has very good flavor but if I have a choice, I'm going here every time because I love their rice and it a very good portion. I gave them a 4 Star strictly on the quality and taste of the food, fast and friendly service.... I went their one time and they pulled up their sitting area outside early and I wasn't the only person that wanted to sit and eat there, that was the only negative thing I can say...

Pésimo servicio. El día de hoy fui a comer ordenamos un pollo entero y me Dijieron que en dies minutos salía el pollo,que tomara mi mesa y en cuanto saliera me lo llevaban a mi mesa ,pasaron casi treinta minutos y siguió llegando más gente y le desian lo mismo que en dies minutos salía el pollo .. después de la larga espera salió el pollo y empezaron a atender ala gente que llegó después de mi cundo noté que ya avían a tendido a cuatro personas me levante y le pregunte que que pasaba con mi orden y me dijo que enseguida me lo llevaba lo cual siguió atendiendo a tres clientes más y mi comida nunca llego al punto que preferí levantarme y abandonar el lugar .. definitivamente no vuelvo a regresar a ese lugar por su falta de coordinación y...
