The people running this place know their way arround japanesse food, the menu, the drinks, ligts, the staff, the overall atmosphere iys just perfect, i got a pork belly bao and a destroyer Ramen, let me tell you that bao was perfect, the bun was sweeet light, the pork was just umami, the Destroyer ramen, puting the chistorra a side (im not a fan of sausages in general) it was perfection, the noodles were soft but consistent, the broth was spicy, smoky and rich in salt and sweetness, again UMAMI right in your face, the tempura veggies where crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, i know it was called the destroyer, but it built some missing parts in my self.
