Poke Lounge & Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Baja California

The people that I've brought here that know sushi better than I do absolutely love this place rave and about it. I'm a causal sushi eater and I thought this place was good. However, my friends are a lot more picky about sushi and were beyond happy with this place. So in a way, I'm writing a review based on the reviews of my friends that know sushi much better than I do hahaha

All of them state how this place is better than "Wasabi" which is another local popular sushi restaurant. My friends go as far as to say this place is on par with upper scale places in San Diego.

The prices here are similar to San Diego. However, to quote my friend asian friend that knows his sushi, lives in TJ, and spend US$80 on himself on his first visit; he said "I've been trying to find a sushi place like this in TJ and it was well worth the price."

Afterwards the friend I'm quoting reported that he went back two days later with a date. In fact, all my friends that I introduced this place to went back again within a week. So that should give you an idea of how good...

Horrible customer service, they said upstairs was full, so they sat us downstairs. Took 35 minutes to take our order. Then they moved us upstairs, and we waited for 1 whole hour until we asked the manager what's taking so long. After we were served, we ordered an additional round and still had to wait another hour to get our food. It's definitely not...
