Blu Huatulco — Restaurant in undefined

Incredible and stylish restaurant nestled on the edge of Chahue beach with phenomenal service, delicious and perfectly prepared food, with nice little touches to beautify the food and enhance the taste (like little watermelon pieces nestled into the guacamole). They use inventive touches and have healthy salads using fresh ingredients, and fresh herbs, such as yummy beet puree on the beet salad. The food is a work of art and the service is wonderful. My server this evening, Fabian, was efficient, friendly and very professional. Fabian brought my food out right away and offered to assist with my food allergies, and kindly assisted me to find things that I could eat or where there were substitutions that were available. I am a regular customer as this place is top of my list to visit in Huatulco.All the servers, Fabian, Gerardo, Omar and others are very welcoming and it always makes me want to come back. When I go home, I still dream of eating the prawn tacos made with jicama wrap, and pineapple salsa to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach....

What an incredible Thanksgiving dinner we had Blu. The food and atmosphere were incredible. As we walked to get seated at our table on the pool deck The contrasting blue of the swimming pool against the shimmering blue of the ocean was a truly beautiful site. Although they had prepared the traditional American Thanksgiving as an option, we opted to pass on that as we are all pescatarian and go with several selections from the appetizer and seafood menu. We had an amazing dining experience at Blu this evening. We were so impressed with the ambiance, cocktails, wine, food quality, presentation and especially the service. Omar was the BEST!! I accidentally made a reso for 2 people and we had 4. The staff graciously accommodated us with an outside table during a busy evening. We had ravioli (both options) and fish of the day. Followed it up with tiramisu and panacotta for dessert. ALL were incredible. This is a MUST visit during any trip to Huatulco! I truly can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Blu for a...
