Sea Soul Huatulco club — Restaurant in Oaxaca

I came here looking for a luxury experience and frankly, I left deeply disappointed. The day pass is 600 pesos, which gives a 200 pesos credit, which when I visited could only be used at the Sand Bar (I posted a separate review about this so no comment here). So ultimately you're paying 400 pesos purely for the pool and gym. The service was non-existent, save for the gentleman from the Sand Bar. The only time I saw a staff member after I paid for my entry was the person who opened my parasol. The pool was clean when I arrived but was quite dirty by the time I left (they don't fill the pool completely so the pool machinery doesn't clean as effectively as it should). As previous reviews have mentioned, there's no attempt to shade the pool in any way, which means staying in it for any length is impossible. The facilities - showers, changing rooms and toilets are basic. The gym is acceptable, well air conditioned, but lacks much space for laying down a floor mat and stretching. On the positive side, the music issue is resolved - they were playing beach chill music at a quiet enough level that you could easily ignore it.

Yes it's a beach club - but also a colorful, cozy, and charming wedding venue! We had a chance to explore it while photographing A&T’ wedding there. The setting is picture-perfect: the beach with calm waves, turquoise water, and enough space to fit everyone 🙂 The couple looked amazing, and having their friends and family present made the beach ceremony even more special. The traditional Mexican entertainment program included a mariachi band, folk dancers, music, and a spectacular fireshow at the end, as a cherry on top. The staff was both friendly and incredibly professional. They made it easy for us to capture the best moments. Sea soul is the best beach club I have ever been to! The staff are wonderful, polite, respectful and welcoming. The food is excellent and is quite fancy but reasonably priced on the pool menu. The pool is really clean, well maintained and beautiful. The views of playa chaue and access down to the beach just adds to the incredible experience. The atmosphere is kept very calm, with music suited to a variety of age groups (mostly adult) but children are welcomed with the park and the incredible infinity pool.
