My partner opened an upscale Italian restaurant in Vancouver and I worked in fine dining for years. Needless to say, we are foodies, we live in Huatulco and we loved this place.
Otto was the last place we tried at Quinta Bella but it was the absolute best if the 6.
I would put this right up there with some of the top dining experiences we’ve ever had. The chefs deserve a lot of credit, everything we ate was done to perfection, including all the little sides we ordered.
They serve you a gracious amount of snacks, large portions for meals and even a pallet cleanser.
