Burger King Avenidas — Restaurant in Cancún

I recall visiting this place five years ago, and at that time, it had one of the best Whoppers I’d had in a long time. Everything was fresh and properly prepared, giving it that signature flame-grilled taste.

Unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore. I arrived at 11:50, and while there were no lines and the food was freshly made, it wasn’t properly prepared. As you can see in the photo, the beef looks like it was microwaved. It tasted nothing like a Whopper, and the fries were disappointing.

Additionally, they failed to follow my instructions—I specifically asked for no ketchup, and it was full of it. For that reason, I’m giving it 2 stars. The service and speed,...

Cold burger, cold cheese, slow service. Why can't Mexicans simply follow instructions? Also, like McDonald's, BK in general is pushing expensive crap people don't want instead of the burgers they do want. The screens do not show the full menu and the online menu is useless.

I wonder why both of them are empty?

This is corporate mismanagement, not confined to this store, where the manager is actively trying to increase business.

It doesn't matter how many people you get through the door if the product you offer is not what they want and your menu doesn't show the items...

I ordered breakfast and the sandwich and pancakes were cold, Coffee was watered down to almost no coffee flavor 🤣 this is one of the many issues of this location. The place was empty and took 15 minutes to serve me breakfast. At least the hash browns were kinda warm. Definitely not recommending for anyone to eat here. The crew needs to be retrained 💯 and fire the managers and hire new ones. I'm sure the owners can see that they are not getting customers. The Aircon was also off and the place...
