Me and my daughter just had supper there tonight and our experience was not great! The food was okay and service wasnt exceptional. Also their bathroom was dirty, there was no soap and hand paper. Anyway, when I asked for the bill, he showed me a piece of brown paper and scribbled was an amount of $1450 he wanted me to pay for. I asked for an itemized list and he shows me another scrap of brown paper and scribbled is a list of items but the drinks price were doubled (from $370 to $700) the rest of the food had a mysterious increase in price for $20-30 each! When i confronted the waiter about the prices, he said “oh!” then went back inside and came out carrying a real printed receipt this time (with total $1060) and shows us his phone with a translator stating they had a malfunction in their system so they had to do manual receipt earlier - That is BS! Manual or not, servers need to be honest with customers! And funny how their system suddenly get to work again after I questioned him about the bill?! So I was just going to pay the exact amount stated on the receipt because I was pissed with what they did to us. I wont leave a tip! However he stopped us from getting up and showed us the bottom of the receipt stating tip 10% if good, 15% is very good and 20% if excellent. The waiter said “that’s for the service, that doesnt go to me”, he forcefully insist we pay for it making us feel it is mandatory and repeating those words and pointing it at the receipt again and again. Read more1 La comida regular, la carne la cocinan con la plancha muy caliente y hacen que se queme por fuera pero esta cruda por dentro 2 muy sucio, tenian muchos trastes sucios, un costal de jabón a medio pasillo, el cocinero limpiandose el sudor y no se limpiaba las manos 3 en tiempos muy lento, se habian pedido un pozole, una pancita, unos tacos de arrachera con tuetano, unos tacos de carnitas y para centro de mesa unas quesadillas las cuales las pedi para que llegaran al principio y fue lo ultimo que llego, la pancita y el pozole llegaron primero y casi media hora despues llegaron los tacos y casi 10 minitos despues las quesadillas, se que pueden haber ventas bajas pero solo dos empleados para un restaurante es muy poco, de plano parece que el dueño es muy tacaño y no paga bien ya que MINIMO tendria que tener 4 personas 4 Las bebidas, se pidió una naranjada mineral la cual sin sabor, solo sabia a naranja vieja y a agua mineral, sin dulce ni nada, un licuado con leche caliente pero con hielos para disimular y dos aguas de tamarindo que parece que se pidió agua con un ligero toque de tamarindo 5 no habia música, solo un programa de televisión que cuando se pidio musica solo nos ignoraron y les valio 6 cuando se pago como fue con tarjeta la mesera pregunto que si dejabamos propina a lo cual mencionamos que seria aparte y solo respondio con un fuerte ¡AHS! y cobro
La verdad se dejo propina solo por que yo fui mesero y se lo que se siente pero en realidad no se lo merecian
