I called this place to see if they had pasta Alfredo. They replied yes and my gf and I were on our way. When we arrived we were surprised to find only outdoor seating, by the prices and name of restaurant I was expecting something a little nicer, just some wooden tables and metal chairs. The owner takes our order, I order pasta Alfredo for my gf and he replies we don't have pasta, I said we came because you said you had pasta, he said no just pizza calzones etc, I said I talked to your wife, she said you have pasta, no he replied, no apology or anything just we must have misunderstood you. So I decided to order a calzone to go which was pretty good, I've had better but I'll give it a 8.5 -9. I asked if it's possible to switch the mushrooms that come with it to something else he said sure I said what are my options, he said any other ingredient is fine , I said okay jamón cocido he said ok. Later he brings the bill it's 30 pesos more, I feel like he's taken advantage like I have asked to add something to the pizza and I only asked if I could change for something else he said no the jamón was extra, I said you didn't mention that it was going to raise the price he said no I didn't but I already made the pizza so what do you want to do? I said well I guess I'll pay (and leave you the best review ever). So long story short, the pizza is great but the customer service is literally the worst ever, only spitting in my face would have made it worse and definitely don't go here...
Read moreI was just here with my wife and her family, 5 of us total. We ordered a calzone, a diavola pizza and a margarita pizza. Impeccable service and even better food. We went there late so there wasn't any pasta available but to our surprise, it was an absolute blessing. These are by far the best traditional Napolitan pizzas in the city. The quality of the ingredients is palpable, and absolutely comforting. Unlike any pizza served in the US, you could eat a whole pizza and feel satisfied, but not bloated/inflated or inflamed. The restaurant is literally built on a garage below a house inside the city, away from the beaten path and tourists areas, regardless, if one knows of quality and has a palate for quality ingredients, look no further for one of the best, if not the best pizzas in Cancun. 10/10 on food...
Staff: Son personas demasiado amigables...
