I returned after being away for a couple years and discovered that the taste is similar to before but not the same. Still good though.. the service is excellent. Las tlayudas , son deliciosas, crujientes , llenas de sabor , y se derrite ese exquisito quesillo en el paladar, el maiz tiene ese sabor tan autentico, tan reconocible. Las salsas, especialmente la Salsa Mixe, con su toque ahumado realza el por sí delicioso sabor de los platillos, con un picor apenas justo, son deliciosas.
