I think the training here is not to par with other Starbucks locations. My latte was made differently 3 times on 3 separate days. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world and this has never happened. It’s fine, but it’s not what I expect from Starbucks. Your coffee will probably be fine, but don’t expect it to be exactly identical to Starbucks coffee other places.

La verdad tenía rato que no visitaba este Starbucks. He de decir la atención al cliente, algo imprescindible en un Starbucks, de esta sucursal es impecable. La verdad que muy atentos, el chico de caja rápido y cortes. La entrega de bebidas rápida y mi único pero es que el lugar se llena con facilidad. Ojo! Si tienes prisa, mejor no pidas aquí!! Al estar en la entrada de una plaza es muy concurrido. Esta vez me animé a probar el Matcha frappe y sinceramente no me encantó. Si buscas un sabor auténtico a Matcha, este no es el lugar indicado. Tip! Si normalmente pides leche deslactosada y si no eres intolerante a la lactosa, pide mejor tu bebida con leche entera porq no te cobran adicional. Su crema batida es de mis favoritas Si buscas recomendaciones de bebidas👇 1)Está el Dragón fruit, buenísimo como refresher de pitahaya y mango 2) o el fresa cream, q la neta es mi to go porque soy fan de la fresas🤤🤤 3) El Caramel frapuccino también buenísimo!!! yo soy fan de lo dulce 🤭🤭 Sus Croissants no tienen nada de espectacular, pero recién calentitos y con bebida caliente ufff se antoja!!! Si buscas un ambiente calmado para trabajar/estudiar, mejor ve a otra sucursal, además que su concepto es más tradicional, no hay mural de las nuevas sucursales que personalmente...

Armando (I think is what his nametag said), a 2-year partner, went out of his way to connect with every customer. He checked in on guests in the lobby, and catered to their needs. He is an excellent example of what Starbucks stands for in creating an overall experience that includes, but is NOT limited to, an incredible, hand-crafted cup of coffee.
