Experience was poor on far too many counts. First of all, they got two, out of our four orders, wrong. We precisely requested a vegetarian sandwich which arrived with meat. What was even more disconcerting was that the topping on order no. 2, the waffle, was wrong. Rather than replace the waffle, they scrapped off the wrong topping, turned it over, and pasted the new topping on the old waffle. Then was the credit card matter. They claimed that the credit card machine was not working and the establishment could only take cash. When they realised how inconveniencing it would be to get to an ATM, suddenly, the machine was working and our visa card was used to close the transaction. As though we hadcnot learned a good enough lesson, proximity to thebhotel where we we staying made it convenient to return that evening for dinner. Afterall the staff were pleasant enough. Several items on the dinner menu were not available. We compromised with the menu. Food was average. Then when it came to pay, the story about the credit card machine had changed slightly. The same cashier who managed the transaction in the morning was confirming the waitors claim that they ONLY DO CASH TRANSACTIONS. Despite my protestation and recollection to the clearly well-trained-in-dishonesty staff that they had accepted a visa card transaction in the morning, they blatantly, and even with hostility, demanded cash. Whatever the reasons for a well established restaurant operation in the most well known touristic destination of the Caribbean, Mexico (I guess Chetumal is exempted from these attributes) not to accepted major credit cards, bewilders me. You can do much better. Do not take your status...

Relaxing medium quiet atmosphere before 5pm. Evenings they have live music which can be a little much at times because of volume and or quality. Very good customer service. Good food and sharing options. There are many plates made for 4 people that come out pretty cheap when split. They Accept Credit cards.I found it good but not the best Ive ever had, still...

Buen lugar para ir a comer y pasar un rato agradable con la famia y amigos. Pedí una orden de poco chuc la carne tenía buen sabor y la porción grande... Con sus tortillitas recién hechas al comal.. su aguacate, nopalitos cebollitas cambray... Ensalada, verduras al vapor y sus frijoles charros todo eso incluído en el platillo... Por solo $115.00.; lo acompañé con una riquísima agua de Jamaica... Mi esposa pidió una orden de tacos de camarón empanizado... Deliciosos y llenadoras..no le doy 5 estrellas por el servicio brindado tanto por el mesero y el supuestamente encargado.. deben de trabajar más en atención a clientes.. a pesar de que su comida está buena no deben de abusar de eso y confiarse.. la atención al cliente también es fundamental. Me preguntarían si volvería a ir? Creo que no... Mejor lo pido a domicilio, ya que también cuentan con ese servicio. Restaría averiguar si el servicio a domicilio funciona bien y si las porciones son las mismas. Pronto saldré de esta duda y se los comentaré... Por lo pronto solo doy...
