Come for the vibe and people watching not for the chilaquiles. After living in mexico for over two years, I have an unassuming yet refined palette for chilaquiles. They're the dish that's almost impossible to do badly, however, this place succeeds in destroying this holy dish. While presentation was impeccable, I should have known something was amiss when witnessing the plantain as a part of the dish. There's no reason to put a plantain anywhere near this dish. The taste itself left a lot to be desired as the chips were overly crispy and not semi soft yet crispy that is required of great chilaquiles. The sauce was not flavorful or robust enough and felt like a watered down constitution of a lackluster salsa. If you're looking for traditional Mexican food, this isn't the place but if you're after place with a nice vibe with a hipster menu that tries too hard you may enjoy Frontera. I won't be back.

This place deserves a higher rating! We had a breakfast (desayuno) of: the berry hot cakes, chilaquiles verde and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich (we were hungry). The meal was fantastic and at a very good price. The marmalade on the hot cakes was delicious and nothing was overly sweet. The chilaquiles was tangy and perfect with yummy cheese and salsa. The BEC was on a bagel but the bagel was more like a brioche bun. Still delicious but next time I would try one of the other breakfast sandwiches to compare. AMAZING place. Would 100% come again. I wish I had taken photos but we were too excited to eat the beautiful food.

It’s such a peaceful and lovely experience to sit outside in the courtyard here. The coffee is absolutely scrumptious—definitely one of the highlights! Just a heads up, you might catch some live music while you’re enjoying your drink, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. The wifi isn’t the most reliable, especially since it was busy when I was there, but that didn’t really bother me. There’s also a cute art gallery and an outdoor shop in the courtyard that are worth checking out. Overall, it’s a great spot to relax, sip on some great coffee, and soak in the creativity around you!

This place has good coffee. You can get bags of it to go. There's a nice open Courtyard, a covered area around two sides of it, and an indoor seating area. Kid friendly. Dog friendly. Tourists know about this place. It's popular with them, and for good reason. Many locals also go here. I have only had breakfast here but on both occasions it was good. Free WiFi is ok. On the other two sides of the courtyard are a few shops selling various clothing and other Goods. This is the kind of place you could spend pleasant hours. If you are at the far end of the courtyard service is a little weak. You have to work for their attention sometimes. Overall the services solid...
