The owner, Ben, is super welcoming and friendly, prepares all of the food himself and puts a big focus on ensuring all the dishes are of the highest quality.

Freshly made alternative milks (using local macadamia nuts!), homemade red cabbage sauerkraut, plus all other types of delicious & healthy foods are on offer here. My personal favourite was the multilayered hash-browns! 😁

The space is super calm and also very accommodating to people looking to open up a book or their laptops to get stuff done. The prices are very affordable and I believe the shop is involved in various local projects that aim to improve the lives of the locals - a great thing to contribute to 🙏🏽

Great news for all, ININA, is back, better and on top. There new location is more spacious, brighter and filled with great vibes and energy. Same great small patch roasted on premise coffee, food is vegan and excellent. There is a fabulous new garden, with green spaces, flowers, a horno de pan, trampoline and a tree house for kids and adults who are kids too. Ya a fabulous new café in San Cristóbal de las Casas ChiapaZ. Come and enjoy.

It is a very nice, home-style place - think wood with character. What I like about cafeteria Inina is how nice the proprietor, Benjamin, and his team are. The layout of the front room is really conducive towards being social. Everyone from any walk of life is welcome there.

Their vegan, gluten free, allergen free friendly, food is rich in a flavor, many of the dishes have a large variety of flavors that makes for a fiesta in your mouth.
