Food and service were both atrocious. Ordered the carbonara, was came out was one of the most vile attempts at this dish I have ever had. Sweet heavy cream, some plastic cheese and the most unpleasant artificially smoked bacon I've ever had the misfortune to eat. The dish also lacked any seasoning and had zero black pepper. Carbonara is one of the easiest dishes to make and this bastarized versions was without a doubt one of the worst dishes I have ever eaten.
Service was also horrendous, waited ages to order, there was one other table of two in the restaurant. Repeatedly had to wave or call out to staff who were chatting or on their phones. When my plate was eventually cleared, with most of the dish uneaten, I said to the waiter that it was inedible and the bacon was really terrible. His response was "yes, it's cheap from the supermarket ". Asked for my bill, obviously they didn't removed the dish or even try to remedy it by removing a drink. I said I wanted to pay by card and only then do they tell me the card machine isn't working that day and they can only accept cash. Surely this would be something that should be communicated as soon as guest sits down.

Read moreOk, let's give you some heads-up about this place. Delicious, fast and attentive service, some things can be improved. By far el punto pizzeria it's underrated. Pizzas are incredible: perfect temperature, great quality ingredients. We tried the quattro stagioni pizza and the veggie calzone (pizza version) For drinks we order a Sangria Jar and a couple of self-invented cocktails. Service was to the point, accurate and fast, not English speaking but they have an English menu and we speak Spanish. For the check out, just double check , they include a tip, that it's worth but shouldn't be forced in your bill. Out of that I think they have the potential to create some cocktails, add some author ones and offer small bites will be a good idea to grow their offer and make customers have some drinks. Both cash and card...
Read moreI like the pizza at this place a lot but they really need to get more organized. Online it says they open at 9 am, on their door it says they open at 12, we got there a bit before 12 and decided to have a coffee and wait for them to open. We then sat down at a table at 12:10 and the server informed us that they wouldn't have service for at least half an hour, when I asked him why it says on the door that they open at 12 he told me that's when the employees show up... Why would you say you open at 12 on the door of the establishment if you don't? The server didn't offer us anything while we waited and practically asked us to leave. Dope...
