Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Don't go to this place, save your money!!! Ive been to over a dozen BWW'S and this is by far the worst!! First off we went on a Sunday evening to watch the football game and the place was busy so we figured that was a good thing, Wrong!!! After being seated we tried to order a couple of mixed drinks only to be told they were out of rum,vodka, tequila and all other liquors except for maybe 5 kinds and none of those were the kind you make mixed drinks with. Okay fine we settled for something non alcoholic. Then we tried to order a large order of wings with the option of getting up to 4 sauces only to be told they were out of asian zing! REALLY? okay, I said and we settled for another option. By now I was getting annoyed with the fact they were out of so many things and I just wanted something to eat. So we ordered the wings and some fries, nothing out of the ordinary. When the food arrived it looked like the wings had been drenched in a sauce and not tossed like they always are but that not the bad part, they had a horrible taste and were red in the middle!!! I wish I had taken pictures so I could have added them to this post. The French fries weren't fully cooked either by now I was fuming and asked for the manager. He came over and did nothing but make excuses about the deliveries to his restaurant being the problem for the lack of alcohol, and offered to give us a discount because of the condition of the food. Honestly I was done with this place and didn't want any of their food. I finished my dri k and asked for the bill. When I looked at it the manager had taken off 5% instead of taking off the crappie food or giving a better discount! I rarely complain but this review had to be written! Our hostess Karen Alejandra was the best, she was really friendly and would love to have her help us again. On the other hand, today is the fight of cotto and canelo and when we first arrived at the restaurant we were asked if we were going to stay for the fight. We told them that we were not sure if we would or not being it was still early. So the sat us a. Table that it would not matter either way then we were told by our new hostess that we would need to move being they needed our table for a reservation. (They could have had us wait when we got there to avoid this situation) But the manner then came to our table and started to tell us this was wrong. Then the so called manager Victor comes over and starts as well with the same story. We had our little discussion and he finally understood what we were trying to tell him. Well with all of this we did not stay and sorry to say because the drinks food and and environment was really good and we may have stayed and spent lots of $$$$$= oh well we'll just need to find somewhere else to spend our money... So waitress took over 20 minutes to go to our table.food took a half hour to get to us and it was warm not hot.i asked for a 30 piece wings dinner for myself and my oldest son and waitress said that they had no such thing on the menu even though I showed her the 30 meal on the menu she kept saying they only had small medium or large wing orders so I order the large dinner that was like 15 wings with celery and carrots and also 2 sides of french fries that were not included and 2 beers for myself and 2 sodas for my kind I ended up with a bill over a thousand pesos roughly like 70 dollars.well she asked me to add 10 % extra for her tip on my card and I was like nah I'll leave you some cash on the table and what pissed me off was her response.. leave at least 6 % worth of a tip coz I got to split it with everyone else.. Food way over priced service lacks of professionalism and to have the nerve to tell me how much to give as a tip after how long it took them to serve us is just wrong just because we come from the states dont mean we are loaded with money to waste and give away like nothing 0 out of 10...
